We have had many in this group do deals together from partnering on fix and flips, funding deals from IRA's, referring deals to one another, sharing investor friendly contractors, and more!

This month, in addition to some great networking, we are going to do a recent DEAL breakdown that two members from the group did together! They will break down the complete deal from start to finish! They will share ALL the Good, Bad and maybe some Ugly?

4. How they found the contractors
5. They will open the books up and show us ALL the actual numbers on the deal!
