    • What marketing channels are there, and which one or ones should you pursue?
    • What can you expect from each channel?
  • LEAD MANAGEMENT
    • What do you do when you actually get a Lead? What about managing multiple Leads?
    • How do you engage a potential seller in a conversation? What do you say!?
    • What is the goal of the first conversation on the phone?
  • LEAD CONVERSION
    • What on earth am I supposed to do when I agree to go meet the seller to look at the property?
    • What should you have prepared before you go?
    • What should you try to accomplish when you’re there?
    • Wait… you’re selling? (and you thought you were buying!!)
  • EXIT STRATEGIES
    • You got a contract signed! Now what?!
    • What Exit Strategy best fits your business?
    • What are the critical components of wholesaling? What’s a buyers list?
    • What are the critical components of rehabbing? Know any good contractors?
    • What about retail listings? How does it work for agents? Non-agents?
  • TYING IT ALL TOGETHER
    • How do you manage all this? Are there systems or tools to use?
    • What systems and tools do you need immediately? What can wait?
    • What is the order in which all this has to happen? What do you do first?
    • Do you need to build a team? Who do you need on your team?
    • If you do bring people on board, how do you pay them?
    • What’s the biggest bang for your buck on Day One?

You’ll hear from multiple speakers, effectively walking a deal all the way through from inception to completion. You’ll have the opportunity to dig into specifics during the round table discussion afterwards.
