This will be our first meetup since February due to the Corona virus. We will meeting at our same location but we will be limiting the number of people who come to the office to 10-20 people depending on the limitations of Arizona at that time.
In this meetup we will be going over how to position yourself to continue to invest in this type of market. We will also share how we got under contract and purchased 4 manufactured homes which should net us around a 150k profit within the next 3 years using little of our own money. Anyone who is interested in learning how to do the BRRRLO model won't want to miss this month's meetup.
