The Louisville Real Estate Investor Meet Up group is for aspiring, beginning and full-time real estate investors interested in networking with other like-minded individuals. During our monthly meetings, we share ideas, learn from one another, and host speakers who talk about topics related to real estate investment.
In this meeting, Tarl Yarber, a BiggerPockets contributor, owner of "Fixated Real Estate LLC", and co-organizer of "Fixated ON Real Estate", the largest investor meetup in the Puget sound, will share his story about how he got started in real estate.
Along with that, he will walk through a residential flip case study and explain how you can use the process to generate income via flipping properties. After his presentation, we will open up the floor for a Q&A session.
