Dave’s expertise is derived from over 30 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as a licensed Realtor,

In addition to his investments and role as CEO, Dave’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth. Dave is a co-founder and board member of Strategic Investor Alliance, a purposeful planning and networking group for accredited investors. Dave is also a national speaker and weekly investment blogger on BiggerPockets.com.

Mike Ruscica, NoteConference.com - Mike bought his first investment 2 family in 1999 with 5 more to follow until stumbling into the non performing note business early 2007. Not knowing what was ahead with the mortgage meltdown, he found himself in the middle of a perfect storm by 2009. Fast forward to now and he feels we are entering the beginnings of another financial storm that will flood the market with more non performing mortgages among other distressed assets.

Lisa K. Lemire, Managing Member, Kamini Bay Asset Management, LLC - Lisa spent 17 years in Corporate America doing Strategy for beverage companies like PepsiCo, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Ocean Spray Cranberries and ARAMARK. In 2010 she escaped from the traditional day job and started buying mortgages with her and her husband's money. After building a portfolio for them, she realized she had the note investing business model worked out and decided to open the opportunity up to investors, combine money and buy bigger pools at lower cost.

In 2014, Lisa founded Kamini Bay Asset Management, an investment fund that buys mortgages people have stopped paying and works with the homeowners to find a payment plan they can afford so they can stay in their homes, the fund has a valuable, cash flowing asset and investors in the fund get a solid return. Host Mike Bonadies - Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 21 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, and Cumberland counties. He also Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area. Mike wants to join the board of SJREIA to bring a perspective of property management as well as young up & coming landlord. During his free time, Mike spends his time with his two dogs and kayaking across South Jersey with fiancée.
