buying older homes

I've been considering buying a property that was built in 1902.  I know there is lead based paint present and asbestos in the insulation.  Are there companies that remove all hazardous materials from houses such as this, or would I individually have to hire someone to do each hazard?  What type of expense would be involved?  I would want to use this for rental property.  I could probably get it for $20,000 and fair market value is probably around 70,000 to 75,000 if I were going to sell it.
