Just Closed on My First Deal!
I just closed on my first deal, and I just wanted to post on BP to say thanks to the community for the knowledge and insight that has been shared that helped me get to this point. I also want to encourage other newbie investors to be ready for hurdles and obstacles but don't let those distract or deter you. YOU can do this if you keep working at it!
My first deal is a single family rental property, and the tenants plan on purchasing the property from me in 2 years after a 2 year lease. Tenants have already been there for 2 years and have a current lease in place. The numbers look good, the property looks good, and the risk appears low. Let's hope for smooth sailing from here.
