Partnership multi family unit building
I have a question . I am new and hopefully i can start buying a multi family home building by next year . I am still learning the process and all that . If my friend or family friend said and ask they want to partner up on me or investing on me to help the down payment or the loan ,my question is what is the normal split between me and the partner ? And how do it work in partnership normally ? Thanks
