Looking for someone to take over owner financing
I have a 6 unit apartment building with owner financing in place. Just over two years left - 4.5% interest only loan of $300,000. Payment is $1125 a month. Owner would like me to pay off loan and will accept $270,000. I would like to find someone to purchase this note for $270,000. Same terms with 5 year ballon. Where do I find people interested in this type of note? Apartment value is at least $500,000.
