Sold my latest flip! Need another one!
I have finally sold my latest flip. It took me one year to finish it. Lots of learning along the way. It's currently the highest sold property in the neighborhood Decatur 30032. I am currently buying a duplex that I plan to fix up and rent out. I will then cash out and use those funds for another flip. Currently have been using all my own cash. Good wholesaler or good hard money loan company that isn't crazy expensive. I don't have to get a loan but I'm hoping to do at least 2-4 per year.
