Bees in house. not mine
So I was inspecting a house I have under contract today and found out the vacant house next door has some unwanted squatters.
Did a little research and found out the owner passed away. Found his wife who is pushing 90. I'm sure she has no idea whats going on. Whats the best way to deal with this.
I'm thinking:
1.Try to get this house under contract as well
2. Call a bee removal person who might ignore the fact the house isn't mine
3. Ideas from biggerpockets
Has anyone ever had to deal with this?
