How to advertise damaged property

My company recently acquired a property that suffered fire damage.  But, in a great area.  I have no experience with advertising a property like this for sell.  Please someone give me some advice.  Its in Bevo Mills right around the corner from the newly renovated Da Bevo landmark.  Any advice would be appreciated!
