Financing for BRRRR Strategy Question
Question here to the more experienced investors or those who may have used the BRRRR strategy... in reading up on it I'm not completely sure if it's developed for those who are buying all cash or if people have had success with the strategy on a financed property. Ultimately it seems like it comes down to the numbers, but in general is it geared more towards the cash buyer?
