132 days into closing. What is going on? Is all lost?
Have you ever heard of a closing taking this long? Hi I am at the end of my rope. Life raft has sunk. Don't know if I will make it another week. Planned my entire life around this house selling. My father had killed himself and I lost my good job. Been working construction with a broken foot, but don't make enough to eat every day and pay the Bill's. Have a clean title, appraisals are long finished. Me and my wife have sold everything we have trying to float us through this. Including my vehicle and even our wedding bands. Been with the second lender for 43 days. Told by realtor all we are waiting on is the underwriter. Two weeks now and the realtor is avoiding me. Been renting to the buyer who is being deployed on the 24th. What do I do? Can I do anything? Do I kick him out, so i am not on the streets? Can I kick him out?
