Whole selling: Seller concerned
In the process of cold calling a list(from list source), I found someone interested in potentially selling some land. (Later I found out it was zoned industrial), but on the second phone call the potential seller asked what company I was with(I haven't formed an LLC yet or anything), and I told them I was a solo investor, and they seemed very turned off to the idea.
Is this simply a loss, or do I double down and prove my value somehow?
