Vacation Rental (AirBnB/VRBO) New Restrictions - Huntsville AL
The Huntsville AL City Council is putting out new licensing and zoning restrictions that appear to be affecting whole-home AirBnB and VRBO owners in Huntsville negatively. Initial responses to owners who've been down to update their licenses restricts non-owner-occupied properties to R2B zoning. An area group of owners are putting heads together to go back to the City to make a case for better options.
