Green Valley Lake Vacation Rental
Does anyone have a STR in Green Valley Lake (San Bernardino Mountains)? Or maybe Running Springs or other nearby areas. I'm guessing the market is much different than Big Bear or even Lake Arrowhead. I love the area and am looking at getting a cabin up there, but was hoping to hear from other investors on their experiences.
I looked on VRBO and AirBnb and some units seem to rent reasonably well and others hardly at all. I don't have a good feel for using those sites to determine occupancy rates though. I'm sure there are a lot of factors that may affect their calendars. Thanks for any insight.
