Just use the enemy method and see what your neighbors are charging and or ask the housekeepers you’re interviewing. Keep in mind they’re interviewing you.

Flat rate. Then add $30 to it for consumables. 

Check the competition to see what the going rate is for similar sized houses.

I agree with everyone above. My cleaner was charging 100 a turn so I just passed through the cost. When I looked at my competition I was by far the lowest. Some are charging 150. Keep your fees at market rate for your market.
