Hey everyone. I am in the process of buying my first Short Term Renal Property in North Naples FL. I am looking for someone that can help me manage it. Any suggestions? I do not live in the area where the property will be.

Hi! I have a great property manager who currently manages my investment home, if interested please let me know. Short term I believe he charges 15%.
