Airbnb Arbitrage in Greensboro

Hello!

I'm closing on a new property next week that I think would make a great STR. However, I don't currently have the bandwidth to furnish and manage it myself so I am considering an Airbnb arbitrage arrangement (signing a year lease with a host who will furnish/list as STR). Has anyone here tried this before? What provisions do you add to your standard lease in this situation?

Thanks!

@Shelby (Osborne) Johnson has some experience with STR arbitrage. She may have been on the operator side though.

I'm not sure you can someone willing to putting the money into furnishing your place and getting it up and running for a year lease. Maybe you can, then you can take it over if they prove sucessful since they won't own the place.
