Arbitrage Downtown Atlanta

Does anyone know of any apartment buildings downtown Atlanta (south of Piedmont, north of I-20) that are okay with arbitrage? Anyone with any experience in looking for this setup in downtown Atlanta?  Thanks!

Now is not a great time for arbitrage in the City of Atlanta.  They have revamped the code to greatly limit STRs.  Unless you are an Atlanta resident, I'd stay away from it as a strategy.

Yeah, I'm aware of the new ordinance, but it, like others like it, defines STR as a rental for no more than 30 days. Looking to arbitrage to mid-term.
