Curious to see how many folk are executing Airbnb Arbitrage in Atlanta. Want to see any hurdles you had to overcome/ how many landlords did you have to encounter before finding one that would allow you to rent the property at a fixed rate and list it on Airbnb. Any legal hurdles that you had to encounter in the city of Atlanta? Did you just take the leap or did you have most of your ducks in a row when it came to cleaners and Airbnb management staff?
