when purchasing an existing Air BnB do the reviews stay with the address or would i lose them when the listing changes accounts?

I had to work out a deal with the previous owner to take over his Airbnb account.  It was complicated!

Typically no. You start a new account or add the property to your existing host account, cancel and rebook the existing reservations on the new one. That's how the ones I've sold (as a broker) or ones that were added as new clients worked per my STR management team.

You normally start a new account and start over.

Hey @Brandon DiOrio, you can start a new account and chat with the upcoming guests to cancel and rebook in your new listing. Get the ball rolling.
