I'm considering different options for one of my rentals.

What are some of the best online platforms for event (or by the hour) rentals?

Are there any special considerations/risks I should be aware of going down that path?

Peerspace is the one i've heard the most positive things about, from what I've heard to be most succesful there you still want to have the property setup for a certain type of customer. For example set up a photo shoot studio type deal rather than just a house on its own that's available for a few hours.
