Arlington Market - need contacts
My husband and I are wanting to start with STR. We love the idea of Arlington and the numbers seem to make sense. However, Arlington has a tight grip on STRs and finding a property that is zoned as an STR is a nightmare!
Nevertheless, we are persistent and want to get started!
If you have any insights please let me know. We are not from the area so need contacts. Major plus if you have experience in this market!

Arlington has a very tight zone on STR. Right by the stadium areas.
Thanks @Bruce Lynn for the response. I've been using their interactive map to find possible homes. But yes, you are right it is very tight.
@Sofia Miranda - did you end up finding an STR in Arlington? As others have mentioned, the zone is very tight around the Stadium.
