PMS and Client reporting
I'm looking for PMS recommendations that will generate financial reports for my clients (property owners) at the end of each month. It would be nice to allow the clients to have a separate login, but not a requirement. I'd like them to see a booking calendar as well as financial data so they can track the health of their business. I like Hospitable because of the AI and automation features, but I'm not sure it works well for property managers needing to report back to property owners. Please let me know what you recommend!
I use Hospitable for my hosting management and then Buildium for my owner-facing PMS system. I put together a simple "look back, look around, look forward" loom video each month at distribution day and use that format to share with our owners what's going on and what's coming up.
I think most PMS have a breakdown by property you can break down by month for revenue & occupancy.
I use Ownerrez for my property management company and it does all of these things.

@Anthony Catoni most free and low-cost PMS won't offer separate logins fo clients as they are designed for DIY users.
Buildium would probably be among the cheapest options that offer an Owner Portal.
OwnerRez seems to be for the STR market.
I second Buildium. If you want professional results, you need to use professional software. Cheap software offers cheap results.

Yes, Guesty, and it was horrible. The reasons we went to SL from Guesty was financials. However, I hear they are better now. How many units do you have?

At the moment we have one property live, up and running, with several more being added over the next month or two. Any advice you could give to us would be very appreciated!
