Latief, cool idea – Buckhead is going to be in very high demand during the World Cup, especially for people who want something nicer than a hotel and an easy commute to Mercedes‑Benz.

If your goal is one guest for the entire stretch of games, a few levers you can pull:

  • Platform & positioning
    • List on Airbnb/VRBO as a “World Cup basecamp / corporate stay” rather than a regular weekend rental so you attract federations, media, or higher‑budget fans who want the whole tournament, not just one match.
    • Emphasize Buckhead’s safety, dining, and transit/drive time to the stadium in the title and first two lines of the description (that’s what most guests skim).
  • Minimum stay & structure

    • Set a high minimum stay (e.g., 10–14 nights, or a “tournament package” that covers all ATL match dates) to filter out short bookings and minimize turnover.
    • Consider a flat “event package” price for the full window (check hotel prices and similar STRs for those dates and undercut the nice hotels by a bit on a per‑night basis).
  • Pricing & calendar
    • Start pricing now and ratchet up slowly as inventory gets booked up instead of waiting and guessing last‑minute.
    • You can block dates outside the game window and only open the exact dates you’re willing to be out of the unit, so you don’t get awkward gaps.
  • Rules, compliance & protection
    • Make sure you're clear on Atlanta's STR rules (license, occupancy, taxes, etc.) and that your building/HOA actually allows short‑term or event rentals.
    • Tight house rules: no parties, clear guest caps, quiet hours, parking rules, and a healthy security deposit or damage protection policy.
  • Screening for “one responsible guest”
    • Require a complete profile with government ID and solid reviews; for someone booking that many nights, hop on a quick call/video to confirm they’re legit and aligned with your expectations.
    • In the listing, state plainly: “Preference for single group booking for entire World Cup Atlanta schedule” so people know what you’re looking for.
