Contract for new property manager
I am hiring a property manager for my Airbnb who will also do the cleaning. I posted the ad on Craigslist and I am trying find someone with experience. However, most of them (if not all) actually do not have a company and will do this as a non-license individual. This is in California. Could it be a problem? Are there some contract templates I could use? How to protect myself? Thank you
