New Airbnb increased fee structure?

This was posted on an Airbnb Facebook group. Any validity to this? Airbnb is now charging a guest fee of up to 20% (plus VAT) This is on top of the host fee of 3% - 5% A WHOPPING 25% take rate. Things are getting out of hand. As sure as eggs is eggs the Homeaway group will start chasing this figure in an, "if they can charge this, so can we" mentality. In theory, you could up the rates on your own website by 10% and still be a lot cheaper than the listing sites - BUT if you are a "Premier Partner" - you aren't allowed to do that.
