Looking for advice on airbnb subleasing

I'm looking into airbnb subleasing and I want to make a move on an apartment ASAP, but dont know how to determine whether it will consistantly rent on airbnb or if I will be left with a vacant apartment. Any advice on how to run numbers on an airbnb sublease would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the parking lots of local hotels/motels every evening.  That's what I do.  They are my main competition, but my market is a little different.
