VRBO / Home Away in Houston?
As of the last week of October I started my first STR in Houston using Airbnb and it has gone over and above our expectations! We currently for November are sitting at about 57% occupancy using only Airbnb.
My question is for anyone who has STR experience in Houston, is there any benefits to adding our place to HomeAway or VRBO ? Would the supposed higher fees be worth trying to use multiple platforms?
