After staying in a few AirBnBs this year, I’ve grown curious about the short-term rental market. Specially, here in Atlanta, GA.

With Atlanta not really being a vacation spot, it makes me think the market could be saturated.

3. Location of property.

4. Do you self manage or have a PM?

5. What is the regulatory landscape like?l for STRs in Atlanta.
