Specific check in and out days?

Hello! Finally got our cabin up and listed and have had a handful of bookings so far (thanks to the 20% off to first guests and being on the front page for that). Anyway, some guy booked Monday through Friday with a checkout Saturday morning. That’s fine but then I realized I’m likely out someone booking Saturday night which is when (obviously) the rates are higher. I make more having him there 5 nights than just 2 on the weekend but this made me curious. Does anyone utilize the feature where you allow guests to check in and out on specific days only? If so, why?

@Leora Merrell

My favorite is using a pricing software. I use pricelabs.co they have ways to restrict lengths of books and well as price for demand. The fee they charge always pays for itself. A discount for them is on home-havens.com if you are interested in them.
