Been a while! There hasn't been much relevant for us vacation/short term rental folks! Here are what I have found today:

Emerson Sensi WiFi thermostat on sale at Amazon for $88.71. I have this thermostat and it is great! Easy to install and setup. Also, it works without a C wire for constant power if you have both heat and A/C. Simple and reliable.

If you need some fire extinguishers, Woot Tools has a 2 pack of the Home1 Rechargeable Standard Extinguisher for $32.99. I usually buy these at Costco but they are $24.99. So if you need 2... Shipping is free for Amazon Prime members. If you haven't used WOOT before, it's cool.

Home Depot has the Harper & Bright Twin over Twin Solid Wood Bunk Bed w/ Trundle for $349 in Espresso. They have white as well for $359. I have never used this but you get 3 kid spaces in one bunk bed space. The price is good for a solid wood setup. Total weight capacity is listed at 375 pounds. Solid pine. I would assume the weight limit is for the 2 bunks. The trundle sits on the floor so it would work for smaller adults. The bunk beds I have are rated for 250 pounds per bunk for example.
