We need to know what we have to do to gwg her out, she acts like it is her house, she wants my fiance. She drives his vehicles, she sold his 2 dogs, she threatened to have me killed if I try to come to the house. He wants to just go to the house and tell her to get out when he comes home to me from overseas, we will be married when we go to his house in Alabama. This crazy women wants my fiance, should we take police with US? What can we do legally? My fiance will be here in the next couple weeks and we want to be in the house for the holidays 

what city/state?  really need to follow local laws, every jurisdiction differs.  Where I live (Hawaii) it can take a year to remove a squatter - one if the most tenant friendly states in our country.  Wishing you good luck and safety!  

Better call an attorney on this one.  And the police.  Hell has no fury like a woman scorned.

Document every threat.  When he gets home, he needs to go to court to get a restraining order against her.  If he can possibly get her arrested, he should.  He's probably going to have to evict her, although if he can get her arrested, he might be able to just move all her stuff out (illegally) while she's at the police station, change the locks, and if she shows up afterwards, call the cops, show the restraining order, lie through his teeth that she never lived there, and the cops will probably tell her to go away quietly, or get arrested again for violating the restraining order.

Other option is to just legally evict her, which is going to take time.

How does she have access to his cars and animals?
