I'm looking for some contractors and potential property manager there. I had a note that turned into an REO and want to keep it as a rental or potentially a flip.

Anyone nearby that would like to connect - I would love to. I have other properties in Alabama as well, but just trying to get this one particularly in Gadsden performing. 

I invest in that area (buy and hold, fix and flips, and wholesale.)

I have a couple of MH rentals in the Etowah County area but still manage them myself. I`m still learning all the time lol

@Cade Collins , I actually met with Impact last week so I really appreciate you throwing that info out there. Mark's really nice and I plan to talk to him more, but his team is 3 months out on updating properties.
