Found some homes in Lincoln, AL. After running the numbers I believe to have found a good deal on a few. Does anyone know anything about the housing market in Lincoln, AL for finding renters?

I don't know anything about the inventory there or the average occupancy rates. I do know that Lincoln is a company town. Your best bet for finding renters is to market to employees at the Honda plant.

@Brian Tunnell thanks for the response I will definitely keep that in mind. I’m just moving to the state so I’m still getting acclimated with the different cities. This will also be my first RE investment so if you have any suggestions/help it would be much appreciated. Thanks again

@Cameron Todd I think you should reach out to some PMs in that specific market. It seems a little risky for a first time investor. It's a a small town anchored by 1 main employer. It might be good if you think the plant isn't going to go anywhere. But in the event they do, you got a huge problem. Not trying to discourage you, but just making sure you understand.
