Alabama tax certificate question
I just purchased a tax certificate for a half acre of land that has a cell tower on it. I am at a loss as to how I "possess" this property. Basically the owner leases the land to the cell tower. Would an ejectment apply in this case? I would like to eventually have the lease to the cell tower. Any ideas?
