Pell City (Cropwell) for Buy and Hold Rental?

Hello! Am considering a property as a buy-and-hold rental in Cropwell which I understand to be a small town in Pell City. Would really appreciate any input on the area and if it would be a good location to invest in. Thanks so much in advance!
