I was wondering was is the specific rule on wholesaling foreclosures and Hud homes in Alabama

I’ll recommend being more specific with the question. Do you have foreclosures that you are trying to wholesale? What specific rules are you referring to?

@Kris Reeves I heard that that banks do not allow you to wholesale foreclosed homes (unless you use the double escrow method). I was wondering if that was true or not and does that apply to hud homes as well.
