Has anyone tried direct mailing in Anchorage, Alaska and how effective is it? I'm hoping to try some direct mail marketing to get some deals that I can wholesale. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I live here, and currently own 4 properties. I get a letter about once or twice a week. The market up here is and has been pretty hot, even with the oil price downturn.
