Tucson Permitting-Please Help!
Good Afternoon,
If you have experience with applying for/obtaining permits in Tucson, I would love to pick your brain! We have a tight timeline to rehab a house that needs a permit that potentially includes electrical, HVAC, roof, plumbing, and adding a room/bathroom.
I have questions regarding:
- Time to obtain a permit/start work
- What work can be done prior to a permit being approved
- The process for applying for the permit
- Finding a person who is familiar with drawing plans for the permit that are up to code.
- Bonus points if you have experience applying for a permit during Covid.
Finally, do you have the name of anyone particularly helpful at the permitting department who I can call directly?
