Hello Everyone,

I have tried this before and had some success. I have moved from San Francisco to Marin County and would love to meet likeminded folks in the area. If you live in Marin County, CA and would like to get together to discuss your real estate goals, challenges and brainstorm on our strategies I would love to chat. Ideally, we could get a couple of folks in the area together to meet on a regular basis. Is anyone interested? This could turn into a mastermind/accountability group.

Hi Kyle, and fellow Marin members,

I specialize in ADU additions in Marin. For 2020 I'm adding a second unit to my 4BR in Marinwood San Rafael, close to Novato.

I work on the side as a draftsman for an engineer pulling permits for seismic retrofit and ADUs. I've worked as a design build contractor for the last 10 years.

For the last 20 years I've been maintaining and remodeling a portfolio of single family homes with second dwelling units, in Kensington, Orinda, and El Cerrito.

I greatly enjoy helping others achieve financial independence and peace of mind.

I'm interested in meeting with anyone wanting to collaborate.
