What are you doing TODAY to help yourself invest out of state?
Hey everyone,
I'm sitting here in beautiful Van Nuys, CA stuffing envelopes for some direct mailing in Florida. I'm wondering what everyone else is doing today to help grow their out of state portfolio. I grew up in Florida and have family members that can look at properties for me while I'm in California.
