Hi Inbal,

When you say foreclosure/auction agent what do you mean specifically?  You want someone to bid on your behalf at a local auction?  Most of them are online now and you wouldn’t need an agent.  
As for contractors please do your homework and look for someone with lots of experience and references.  I regularly get calls from people undertaking large projects that aren’t being done properly or just issues with their contractors completing.

Nice to meet you as well Inbal. As Andrew said above, you shouldn't need an agent for online auctions but perhaps certain sheriffs auctions you might? Doubtful though. Best of luck!

Since there are stories about investors who got stock in the middle of rehab and others as well, I asked this strong and big comunity for help.
I want to find recommended constarctors and what is a better way than a personal recommendation.
I'm of course trying to reach out directly and do my research as well.

As stated previously an agent isn't necessary for auctions and foreclosures but some agents like myself have had training and delt with them and could be a great asset.
