Welcome to the forums! There's a lot to learn in the world of REI and this is a great place to do it. If you're looking to house hack in Cleveland, it's a great place to do it. You want to find an area that is within your tolerance and price range. Not everyone is cut out for a C area house hack- but a B area is too expensive for some.
