New Member Intro... It's getting pretty real...

Sean Robbins

1. 🌎 Based in Dallas, TX and looking to invest in Dallas proper, preferably. But there are a lot of great districts in the metroplex here to look at!

2. 💫 My most near-term goal is to secure my first Fix & Flip property.

3. 🤪 A fun fact about me would be that I am a motor-racing fanatic. I take any opportunity to get a few laps in on the track!

@Sean Robbins welcome. What’s your day job ?

Are you going to outsource your flip or do the work yourself?

As you know DFW is a great area and lots of different areas to focus on.

Two suggestions, get your financing in order and be ready and second, stay committed and you’ll find a property ! Best wishes!

Hi @Sean Robbins, welcome to BP. I’m also looking at Dallas proper for my next investment! The Bishop Arts area is particularly enticing. What’s your strategy for financing the fix and flip?

 Following this,

I would be interested in both of your approaches investing in the DFW market. I am on the same boat.

 Hey Matt,

Looks like I'm a liar lol... I will be amending my strategy to include some of the eastern suburbs (Mesquite/Garland). Keeping my eyes wide open. As for financing... Hard money for now!

Hey Lucia,
My day job was V.P. of Recruitment for a healthcare staffing firm. I say 'was' because I am finishing up my two month resignation. Tried to do both at the same time and found I was just doing two things half-assed. My position as an executive was simply too demanding so i decided to roll the dice and bet on myself. Your suggestions are on point! Check and check!
