Buy&hold tips for start?
Hello everyone I choose Cleveland at my investment area for now. I want to say it’s my first time , my goal it’s to do year from now 3 buy & hold , but I’m looking for a information about good neighborhoods and stuff like that from agents, investors and everyone with knowledge 😅
Welcome to BP! I highly recommend leveraging this site as best you can. Learn about key words, and set them up. Meet people in the area you're looking to invest in. And ask questions like you are.
Firstly, you don't have to know everything before you start, but knowing enough to save you from making a bad investment is a good goal. I recommend you learn how to analyze a deal and start consistently analyzing deals in Cleveland to see if you can find some examples of good deals.
As for knowing the market, this article: https://www.biggerpockets.com/... is a great starting point. Everything above and beyond that will come down to your agent's knowledge of the area.
If you have any other questions, shoot me a message and I'll be happy to help. Best of luck!
You found the right place for information, Ofek! Wishing you the best and plenty of success!

Give The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods a read. It should be exactly what you're looking for.
I Ofek, I would love to connect and share my experience. I am an out of state investor based in Northern Virginia and invest primarily in SFH and multi families in Cleveland. Let me know if you want to connect.
