Intro/networking/STR Puerto Rico
Hi All!
I'm brand new to the forum and wanted to put myself out there. I intend to move to PR this fall and work towards building a short term rental business. I have 4 long-term units in upstate NY currently, but I'm selling 2 units to finance the move and startup. I'm heading to PR for a week in September (10th-17th) to look at properties, meet lenders, and scope out pre-fab manufactueres. I'm in the qualification process with fembi now, and working with a KW agent (I am a KW agent in NY) but would love to expand my network because I know I have a lot to learn. If you have any advise I would love to hear it. I also could use a reccomendation for a good bilingual tax professional in PR. Brunch is on me if you want to let me pick your brain in September!

We have weekly and monthly meetings for RE investors, as well as a whats app chat specifically for STR hosts. If you are in town on Saturday, we meet at 7:30am every Saturday for Dealmakers Breakfast Club. Hope to see you there!
