Need help getting started in real estate

Hi. I am new to this world. I know nothing about real estate, but need to build cash flow and retirement. I looked into Terry Hales program, but would like to speak to some folks who have worked in that program before dropping the money. Is there someone in this group that could help point me in the right direction to get started? Thanks.
